Excellent ratio cost/ quality

The apartment is fully equipped, from appliances to cookware to cutlery. Everything is new and very well maintained. Everything was spotlessly clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable. We had no problem heating it using the electric heaters. The location is just across the road from the beach. João was a perfect, friendly, helpful host. The apartment really exceeded my expectations by a long way.

Location was brilliant, right in front of the beach and with cafes just below the apartment. The owner came to greet us and show us the property. Would definitely come back!

Everything perfect

Everything was perfect! Comfortable place, quiet & peaceful, easy access to metro, directly across from the beach, but most of all an incredibly kind & helpful host. Marco went out of his way to ensure that everything about my stay was perfect. He feels like a good friend now

Only that i couldnt stay longer

Beautiful apartment few steps from the beach. Perfect spot for those who like to surf, stay on the beach but also very easy to get to the city center of Porto. Area near the apartment rich in restaurants, bars, shops, markets. I can definitely recommend with all my heart.

The location was right next to the beach, ideal for walking our dog who was well accommodated in the apartment. All the communal areas including the 2 lifts were extremely clean. The apartment itself was very clean and recently modernised offering beautiful contempory areas, an extremely comfortable bed, ample hot water and fully equiped with everything and more you could want or need. For us the only thing missing was a free standing electric fan to cool room temperatures, we suspect there was one but we didnt find it! João met us with the key, right outside the main entrance at the Cafe Xciso where our dog was spoilt by the owner on every visit. João was so friendly and professional. He is no doubt an asset to anyone staying in this apartment. There was a lot of excellent restaurants offering various cusines all within easy walking distance of the apartment making it hard to decide and a supermarket opposite for anything you may need. With limited parking around the apartment best to pre book parking which was not expensive and available under the apartment with direct lift access well worth the 10E and invaluable when it was pouring with rain!

The location is amazing (next to the beach, shops, restaurants and transport to Porto center). The apartment is very clean and fully equipped with everything you can imagine. Very nice and flexible host.

There was one cleaning incident and a lack of extra sheets... But once I made it known, I know they were going to take care of it immediately

It's best place to enjoy surf and relaxing. It's really lovely city like it can compare with Porto city . I loved it and i would love to visit again one day.

There was leaking from the ceiling but he let me know nicely when i just got there. The house condition was the best So it didn't bother me at all anyways.
