Lovely apartment, unbeatable location just 5 minutes walking from Balai's beach and a stroll away from the other main beaches in Porto Torres and many restaurants, bar, icecream places etc. The terrace was definitely a plus, we enjoyed having a drink every night looking at the sea. The view from the apartment is amazing!!! Carlo was very nice and helped us with any query we had. This apartment is an absolute gem.

Friendly host, did his best to fulfill our special request. The room was great and really clean with a beautiful view of the sea from the porch.

Amazing view at the sea, wonderful and relaxing. You can enjoy it sitting at the balcony with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. You can also enjoy the view from almost every room. No problem with free parking places, there are plenty. Super friendly host. Highly recommended!

The view from the apartment is amazing and the location in Porto Torres is also very nice. All in walking distance.

The accommodation itself is fairly outdated. Broken tiles in the bathroom, curtains (rail) in de bedroom broken as well, light on the balcony is not working. Mattresses of the beds are also poor. If they would renovate the appartement a bit, it would be a very nice accommodation (again)

- Carlo is a lovely, welcoming and uncomplicated host, who checked in on us from time to time but not in a controlling way! - The perfect location: literally walking 2 minutes to get to the most beautiful beach in town (Balai) - The beautiful ocean view from the patio in the direction opposite to the city's industrial area. - The bed/matress: My first vacation without back pain! Of course this is a highly individual matter but the bed wasn't overly bouncy or way too soft as seems usual for other places. - Perfectly reachable without a car. We arrived with a ferry at the port and just walked up to the L'Ancora Blu

A matter of taste: The lights in the rooms are a very cold white. We changed the bulbs in the kitchen area to a warmer yellowish color. There's a nearby club/bar type place which tends to get louder in friday/saturday evenings. Closing the windows blocks the noise almost completely but also the fresh sea air :(

There was only one air conditioning working, but two in bedrooms were not. The parking was only on the street-no private parking. The price is too high for the value
