It is top floor, 3rd floor , and with a bit narrow steps. Better consider it if you can not climb so much steps .

Cute little apartment in a great location within easy walking distance of Metro and the city. Friendly and efficient host. Sofa was very uncomfortable, but it wasn't a huge problem as we were out and about most of the time. Basic and good value accommodation for a short stay in Valencia.

The flat is really cozy, the location is perfect to explore the city, I could walk to most of the areas and the beach was just a tram away. The host was really friendly and kind and explained us everything, giving lots of tips of places to eat in the city. I really recommend this place!

The smell of the water in the bathroom coming from the pipes was a bit unpleasant, but this is a problem I've faced several times in properties in Spain.
