Cuando llegué después de volar 19hs el departamento no tenía agua caliente y tampoco encendía la luz de la cocina, pido el cambio habitación y me lo niegan pretendía que me quede sin agua caliente y sin la luz. Después de insistir un tiempo largo y no teniendo respuesta, el personal del Front Desk por voluntad propia lo soluciona.Estaba cerrada la llave de paso. Pésimo control de limpieza!!!. Se va a bañar mi hijo y se inunda el baño. También pretendían que me queda con el baño inundado hasta el dia siguiente. Me quedé en la recepción y chateando con diferentes personas de la administración estuve desde las 17:54 hasta las 12:20PM para que me cambien de habitación. Recién a esa hora lo hicieron. A todo esto me quedé sin cenar por que estaba todo cerrada. No me compensaron con nada, un descuento, una noche gratis, un departamento mejor, nada!!!! Un desastre administrativamente pretendiendo que un huésped se quede sin agua caliente y con el baño inundado.

The property was pristine.

It was a little bit outside the center city but close to the rail line.

Clean and easy to locate.

Beds are very confortable and flat in general was super clean. Staff downstairs was very useful and nice as well.

I find the decor a bit cold.

The suite exceeded my expectations. very well-kept, spacious and comfortable. The reception staff were exceptional, especially Mohammed, who went out of his way to guide us through the stay and who we can enjoy our stay. The room had everything we needed; washing machine, toiletries, iron, fully-equipped kitchen. I loved how spacious the suite was. wouldn’t find the same anywhere near the center. The Dam square it about 30 minutes tram ride.

Nothing it was a pleasant stay.
