Das Aria liegt im Herzen von Crystal Beach und ist das Strandhaus für Sie und Ihre Familie. Das moderne 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und Betten für 16 hat alle Laminatböden und viel Platz. Master Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und eine ebenerdige Dusche. Schlafzimmer 2 verfügt über 2 Doppelbetten, Schlafzimmer 3 verfügt über 2 eingebaute Etagenbetten - Doppel- / Doppelbett, und Schlafzimmer 4 verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett. Die große Küche bietet einen Kühlschrank unter Null, ausreichend Stauraum und eine Speisekammer sowie Arbeitsplatten aus Granit und eine Granitbar. Bar hat 5 Barhocker. Es gibt auch einen Esstisch mit Platz für 8 Personen. Große Terrasse mit Holzmöbeln, so dass Sie sich entspannen und den Panoramablick auf den Strand genießen können. Unten hat Barbereich, Außendusche und Grillplatz. Aria liegt an der Zufahrtsstraße zum Strand. Kleine Haustiere gegen Gebühr erlaubt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden auf Anfrage gegen Gebühr zur Verfügung gestellt.

We come every year for Memorial Day. Always rent through Swede’s and never have any issues. Always as advertised! Very clean. Super convenient location as well.

Swedes is great to deal with I just advise counting your linens when you get there(my mistake). Electronic locks are easier than where’s the key. lolProperty is as close to the water as you can get so walking back in fourth is no problem. Arcade machines were a nice touch and got used. Wish the pantry was open to use cause we had to put all our food on the cabinets.

We enjoyed our beach vacation at Aria! We will absolutely stay here again! Pros: 1. Right on beach with easy road access bc you are literally next to the entrance. 2. Upgraded house with lots of room to sleep.3. Easy check in and checkout process.4. Shower under house to rinse off sand before going inside.Cons:1. Traffic bc you are right next to the entrance.2. You have to pay extra for linen to be supplied and then you have to make the beds when they arrive It’s vacation I don’t want to make beds or put away towels .3. If you have the front rooms and people are still up on front porch it is very loud. 4. Random ppl came to get items from the garage and we were not notified in any way ♀️Again would absolutely stay again and enjoyed our vacation!
