Location of residence is amazing, just 5mins by walk from the beach. The apartment very clean, bed linen and towels new or after professional dry cleaning, amazing . Maurizio super friendly and helpful. We came very late out of hours, but get in to the flat without any problems. Very happy to choose the property with air conditioner.

It could be more kitchen utilities. Personally I very missed the kettle to make a morning coffee or tea for all. It is one cup espresso coffee maker only. If you want to make a boil water, need to use a cooking pot. And take a measurements in advance against mosquitoes, summer time the area has a lot of them.

The Best owner ever! The comunication was perfect, everything was clean and comfortable.

Comfortable, clean and nicely furnished apartment a short walk from La Cinta beach. It has a well equipped kitchen with hob and microwave and large fridge. A useful sheltered terrace at the front had patio furniture and clothes airer. Very safe with security gate for vehicles and pedestrians. Host was friendly and helpful.

Host was really helpful and nice! Went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed and was always easy to contact. Perfect location as well. Bed was comfy and there's a big fan to keep you cool at night, although the apartment is quite cool anyway. Nice place to sit outside that's sheltered from the sun and rain.

The kitchen was a bit under equipped - there wasn't anything like washing up liquid, sponges etc to do the washing up and cleaning, there also wasn't a bin in the kitchen. I expect this isn't usual though, maybe a mistake.
