The Granby is perfectly located, offering amazing sights into the beautiful landscape of the Cotswolds. During our stay we were treated with lots of sunshine and here The Grandby is perfectly equipped with two terraces, offering lots of outdoor space.
Indoor the house is fully equipped as well. Everything a guest can think of is there. Incredible!
And on top of all of this, Mike&Ann are caring hosts in the background. So in case there should be something missing/to be explained, there is a contact to do so.

Very clean and well equipped with instructions for everything.
The fridge is too small unless there are only a couple of you. I would’ve had another small fridge in the utility room. Had a few issues with getting the heating right temperature it was either boiling hot or too cold.

minor thing - half a mile up hill from the town centre so for anyone with mobility issues could be a bit restrictive

Beautiful location. Top notch house, layout, amenities. Clear instructions and helpful hosts next door.
We worried about disturbing Mike and Anne each time we went into their driveway to turn our car around. This is absolutely not a reflection on them as we did this at their suggestion.

it was so clean and very well done , we felt like the first people to have ever stayed there as looked brand new . view from terrace and lounge was superb. loved sitting on terrace and just watching the hills .

The house is super clean all throughout. Very comfortable beds, plenty of hot water for showers even though we were 6 people. Lovely large towels. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and we appreciated the welcome pack of bread, butter, cookies, milk, tea and coffee,
There was nowhere in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms to hang damp towels after showering and not really enough room to hang them in the shared bathroom. But a very minor problem.

This is a beautiful luxurious house set in a fabulous location with lovely views from the back of the house. It was ideal for our family to come together for Christmas. It is incredibly well equipped and very comfortable.

Simply the most comfortable place we have ever stayed in. We instantly felt at home! The amazing scones and welcome pack went down a treat. An extremely high level of cleanliness really put us at ease. Very comfortable beds meant we all slept soundly. The location couldn’t have been better - stunning views and we had a lovely walk into town on the Saturday morning as Mike had told us about a market which was delightful. Didn’t want to leave and really hope to be able to visit again. Thankyou Mike and Ann 😀

This is the most beautiful, stylish place with stunning views. Ann and Mike fully deserve their 10 rating as it is spotless and they have thought of everything visitors may need. Excellent communication.

Welcome package really appreciated, plus tea, coffee and essentials provided. Owners very nice people. It was home from home.

This is an amazing house. Everything is to a very high spec and finish. There is very facility that you would require. The house is beautifully furnished. It is 100% fit for for purpose. You are living with high quality. There is no clutter and it gives you a sense of restful ness. I would highly recommend 😍. I would not usually return to the same place twice but I would do to Granby.

A very well equipped & carefully thought out house, perfect for a relaxing break. Everything was provided, right down to hotel-style toiletries & a bbq apron! The outdoor areas were as lovely as the stylish, modern interior & the amazing view was the icing on the cake.

Lovely House, recently built, decorated and furnished to a high standard. Fantastic views of the valley from the house patio and garden. Lovely welcome package and considerate hosts. Some reasonable walks around surrounding hills and valleys. Wish we could have stayed longer.
