Very good location, very accommodating staff. Very good.

The hotel was very nice, with a good location and comfortable rooms. The shower was great, and the bed was excellent with a sufficient number of pillows. Everything was clean, and I have nothing to complain about.. it was more than enough for my two-day work trip.

I would like to mention 2 points regarding the hotel. First, concerning the staff: there was no communication during the check-in process, and I was not informed about the hotel’s facilities, such as whether there was a swimming pool or a gym. I've got to know there was a gym later when I saw a sign in the elevator indicating its location, although I did not visit it. My second comment is about breakfast. There were no fruits available, which is usually one of the most basic items to provide. Also, the tables were not cleared and cleaned as promptly as expected for a 4 or 5 star hotel. Other than that, everything else was good.

Invoicing was not provided in facility and I was downgraded as room was not available on arrival instead of upgraded.
