Top views and location, beautiful cozy house. We loved the jacuzzi in the balcony

The parking spot just outside the villas fits 4 cars but if someone parks wrong it might be challenging to fit

It’s up high and away from the crowds. The view is unbelievable and indescribable! The space is perfect for a group of friends. Spacious and the the pool is perfect to relax in.

Extremely quiet and nice neighborhood, magnificent views, very close to Klima beach. The house was spotless clean, spacious, comfortable and exactly as depicted in the pictures. Mrs Maria, who was charged for our meet and greet, would come by everyday to the properties area (ours and the other villas) for the duration of our stay to check if anything additional was needed and was extremely kind, agreeable and helpful. The villa was fully equipped beyond our expectations and the host had contacted us in advance with helpful information about the residence.

The wi-fi connection could have been better

The house is nicely organized and architecturally it is what you need for a week vacation. We really loved the seaviews and the outside spaces! Pity that there is no shade in the middle of the day. We liked that they changed towels and sheets after 4 days.

The house was not clean when we arrived, only the toilet and maybe a bit the kitchen but the floor was very dirty from previous tenants so we had to spend a morning cleaning it ourselves. The communication with the management company is not very smooth because they do not answer all the times at the phone and reply sometimes with delay to message via booking. Luckily after some days, we got the number of the housekeeper and things went a bit better. There are things in the house that don’t work well and become annoying after 2/3 days: fridge doesn’t work properly, trash bins at ground floor are broken, it is very warm at ground floor ( no airco, a fan would have been nice), no outside shade, broken outside chairs, limited parking places and sometimes you get blocked by other tenant s car.. some things are small detail but for the price per night, those should be better. Sun ombrella in the terrace would have been nice as the terrace is so nice that it’s a pity to don T use it

The posting on booking shows that there is a pool. But after the booking it's mentioned that there is no pool for all the apartments. It's very hard to notice the info. So we were surprised to see that we had no pool. Also the pool that was party of another villa was a tiny one. Nothing like the pictures. The living room was tiny as well.

The place is a beautiful house in the hill so the views are wonderful. The house is nicely decorated. The kitchen has all the appliances you can think of and more! And there is tea, coffee, salt, oil, washing soap, everything!!

It was extremely hot in the ground floor where the kitchen and living room were so we could not use those spaces. We had to spend the time in the room which was the only place in the house that had a/c.
