Als Unterkunft für einen Gruppenurlaub am Ballermann völlig in Ordnung! Modernisierte Flure, endlich keine Schlüssel mit Anhänger mehr. Das Frühstück im Vergleich zum Oktober 2023 verbessert.

Bis auf neue Handtücher und gemachte Betten wurde das Zimmer nicht wirklich großartig gesäubert.

We loves the outside pool area.

There were A lot of noice from the nearby german bar.

The hotel was very clean and situated 5 minutes walk from the beach. Rooms were spacious and staff were very nice.

If you are going for a relaxing break away, this hotel is not for you. The rest of the guests are there to party and are noisy constantly. Banging on doors, running up and down corridors, talking, laughing & partying in the corridors at all hours during the night. We had 1 full nights sleep out of 4 due to the noise. Other observations were there was only 1 plug socket behind the bed and one behind the TV. No bin in the room, just a small pedal bin in the bathroom. Also, if you book bed and breakfast, they give you a small piece of paper which you have to take with you each day or you won’t be allowed in the restaurant. Annoying if you are on the 5th floor and forget to take it. I’f you are going to rely on a taxi to take you anywhere (specifically the airport), book way in advance. When we checked out we ordered a taxi to the airport with reception and waiting just over an hour. Not the hotels fault, but worth thinking about.

I liked the breakfast and dinner, food was tasty and a lot of options, i liked the pool, i liked the bathroom you can tell it has been refurbished. Hotel is very close to the beach. Room it is actually biger than it looks in the pictures. Big thanks to the lady's at breakfast and the chefs.

The walls are to thin and if you have loud guests next to your room it is not a good night sleep. A lot of groups of young people that came to party and they are very loud. The door at the room is old and it has a normal key( old school).

They serve good food and it is an incredibly clean hotel.
