Was a little loud with young English tourists but the owner couldn’t help that

We were met by the owner Pieris who was more than welcoming. The room was very modern comfortable and spotlessly clean. We will have no hesitation in recommending to friends and hopefully we shall return some day.

good location and a big apparment

We had everything we need. The apartment is very well located. Nearby there is a supermarket with good prices, as well as scooter and ATV rentals. Bus stop 7 minutes walk.

The shower doors were broken (rather, they were missing).

Location is close to the center of Ayia Napa, but pretty quiet for relaxing and sleeping at night. Bed was comfy, room had everything for living, coffee/tea/cooking cutlery/washing machine included. Everything is clean, AC is working fine as well. Very friendly and welcoming owner, so you feel like you are at home <3

Not really a minus, but shower is kinda small (was more or less ok for me petite, but can be an issue for men).

The studio has everything needed, including bathroom amenities. Situated very close to the city center and supermarkets. The host was very helpful and gave us very valuable advice for our stay!

The doors of the shower were surprisingly very narrow. Fat people are not possible to enter...

Perfect location, great price and amazing hospitality

The rooms were clean and beautiful, the location is quiet and calm. Tables on the roof for breakfast or supper were especially great. But what is even more important and priceless is the attitude of the owner Pieris, who was fantastically hospitable, always ready to help, give advice on any questions or fulfil any special requests. This all taken together made us feel especially comfortable and like at home.

Nice, clean accommodation in a quiet location of the city. Unfortunately, I was unlucky with the other guests staying, who were noisy every night.

The location was great. Very close to the center where all the bars are. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of amenities. The area was quiet as well so we were able to get a good night's sleep. The owner was super nice and he accomodated us with an early checkin.

Nice cozy apartment, equipped with everything needed, hospital owner, who gave advices on the places to visit and restaurants. Close to the centre and bus station, situated on the silent street.

Nice located apartment near to city center. Pubs restaurants everywhere. Effective host at check-in and out.

Pieris was great host and always ready to help . He showed us the town and explained everything on map. He organized a transfer for us from and to Larnaca airport, at the day of check out he gave us a late check out to leave our luggage and also to shower. Appreciate this very much! location was perfect ,the Apartment is walking distance from the pubs street and the bus station and the supermarket
