proximity to a beach

1. the property/estate is shabby- not well kept. there were a lot of mosquitos and I have allergic reaction to bites 2. bathroom is tiny, bedroom had no windows and feels claustrophobic, furnishings not good quality 3. away from main part of town. beach is not that nice. 4. high price esp cleaning charge. very poor value for money 5. we were very disappointed as the unit did not look like the photos. we did not have a good vibe of the estate/surrounds and the mosquitos was a deal-breaker. we decided not to stay. willing to forego the prepaid 3 nites charge but asked for refund of cleaning fee as we did not use anything (only WC once) but owner refused even that

Lovely little apartment with everything we needed for a long weekend stay. The location is STEPS to a perfect beach for families

the location was amazing, it had parking spaces with roofs The owner was reachable at all times and helped us out whenever we had questions e.g when we asked for a new umbrella (ours was broken) she immediately exchanged it with a new one.

the bathroom could be a bit more renovated in the future and there was no full-length mirror but other than that everything was fine.

Perfect location, 30 m from the beautiful Terza spiaggia. Early morning walk at the secluded beach.

A bit bigger living room and working WiFi would be better. Piscina was out of order (we could not see it even).

The place is amazing - totally equipped flat in a wonderfully maintained complex, perfectly clean and full of flowers. Flat is practically on a beach, form the garden of the flat is just 7 sec walk to a sandy beach which is cleaned regularly. We were a family with two children and we couldn't hope for the better accommodation and access to a beach. A bottle of cooled water was waiting for us in a fridge and detailed information sent by Alberto in advance were very helpful. Shaded car parking place was just at the entrance to the building, again - very convenient.

We would suggest mosquito net on windows in the bedroom.
