The cleaning manager, Anna, could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Loved location. Loved the open space.

Check-in time is entirely too late, especially with a 10:00 check out time. It is difficult to rationalise this when the accommodation was so expensive.

Stayed during a very cold spell and found lodge difficult to heat. Also at night the bedrooms were on cold side.

The location is amazing , so peaceful and quiet. The staff at the hotel and Anna and Andy were wonderful. Such a special place. I loved it. Thank you. Xx

Lovely setting, bright & spacious. Very convenient to village, shops & local beaches.

Lodge no. 1 was not cleaned fully on our arrival. Bath in double bedroom upstairs had dried grass in it. Kitchen area had dust & crumbs on floor.

Kitchen needed more pans/utensils/equipment for minimum cooking - plus salt/pepper/plenty of dishwashing tablets. (when asked it should be supplied without telling guests that “out of thousands of guests only a few have requested more kitchen utensil as they don’t normally cook”.) No hand soap (crucial during Corona virus). No hair dryer which is required by minimum Failte Ireland standard. TV reception very poor. Overall a lot more attention to detail required for 5 star.
