Vatican Relais Rome Suite

The location was excellent for all the Sites walking from Piazza Navona. St Peter's Square was only a few minutes walking. Breakfast was adequate with coffee, pastry, juice

Advance direction to the "floor" for the reception check-in could have been better. Perhaps it was lacking in the translation. The balcony was over-rated; small space, uninteresting view, and the door didn't function properly in room 103

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Usually, even when I like a hotel, there are always a few small details that could be improved, such as not having enough hooks for towels, not enough hangers, a small safe, or not knowing where to find certain information. I honestly felt that this hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. There was enough hooks for towels in the bathroom, plenty of hangers in the room, and a booklet on the desk with all the important information about the hotel. The safe was a good size, the mattress was comfortable, and there was an extra pillow available. I also appreciated that they provided hair conditioner as well as shampoo. During the other hotels I stayed at on this trip, I mostly only found shampoo. The room was clean, the staff was attentive and helpful, and the breakfast, although simple, had the basic options you would expect. The only thing I would add is an egg option, even just boiled eggs kept in the fridge, as I personally like to have a good source of protein at breakfast. The location was also great, very close to the Vatican and within walking distance of the metro and bus stops. It was also convenient for getting the airport shuttle, which made getting to the airport much easier.

Fantastic location to the vatican, room was clean

size of room, bit tight for space plug sockets

Good location - really close to St Peter's basilica and can easily get the metro to other parts of Rome.

Breakfast was limited. The non-dairy milk was expired and clumpy!
