Location close to city center,beach and attractions. Nice staff especially Ms.khareen was very supportive.good breakfast with options.clean and standard rooms.overall good experience

The hotel is well located, right in the city centre, within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the main attractions. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was very good.

Unfortunately, our stay was affected by the noise in room 404, which is located on the top floor, next to the lift. Throughout the night, we could hear a constant mechanical noise. We couldn’t determine whether it was coming from the lift, a generator or some other equipment, but it was loud enough to disturb our sleep and prevent us from getting a proper night’s rest. To make matters worse, construction work on the nearby street started at around 7 a.m., making it impossible to sleep in or catch up on rest. Overall, the hotel has several positive aspects, particularly its central location and good breakfast. However, a good night’s sleep is one of the most important parts of a hotel stay, and unfortunately, that was missing for us.

Booking.com charged us way more than they originally coded us. First it was advertised at 150, after selecting went up to 170 when paying it was 235. At hotel they told us their rates are half what we paid.

The staff, the facilities in the room, The bed, the clean room and location was good.

The size of the room, the view from balcony and value of money were not worth it. The morning buffet was a disaster and a la carte menu was very limited and confusing. I was disappointed of the amount if money we paid for a regular riom with just a small bath tub. The reception lady said was the best room they had.. well, i can imagine for a three star hotel makes sense but not for me, that was not what i was expecting. The rooftop with the pool was a mess and very small, i couldn't walk up there. It's not worth visiting again.
