The hair dryer in the apartment is not usable, the wind outside is stronger. The sofa is not comfortable.

I liked everything about my stay at Orchidea’s apartment. The flat was equiped with everything you need and it is quiet spacious. We stayed for 8 nights and found it very comfortable! The city center is accessible by walking just 5 minutes, there are shops and very nice restaurants near by. The owners were kind enough to leave snacks, water, wine and juice.

There is nothing i did not like!

The host was very accommodating and kind, and had kindly left us some snacks and drinks in the fridge which were greatly appreciated. The apartment was extremely spacious and well-furnished (eg. TVs and aircons in both the bedroom and the living room!), and the bathroom was particularly luxurious. The place easily fits 2+2 adults, we were 2+1. The location was somehow quiet despite being extremely close to the central streets of Olbia, and there were plenty of eateries nearby. Unfortunately we only had three nights to spend in Olbia, but this would've been great for staying much longer.

very comfortable apartment, location is great, everything is near (city center, market, restaurants, walking zone behind the see). Two air conditioners in each bedroom. Very nice and friendly host, she gave us all Information about everything in the city and more. overall if we come to Olivia again we will for sure come back to this apartment

Nice, modem and clean apartment

This accommodation exceeded our expectations. On arrival Sarah greeted us with a wide smile, communication was very easy and all we needed was the prompt response and beyond expectations. The location is surrounded by restaurants and pizzerias where you can order or serve food. The beautiful beaches of Sardinia are also close to accommodation. The kitchen has everything you need to cook something. Everything was superlative and Sharei's kindness is a plus that must be mentioned. We were greeted with a bottle of cold champagne, sweets and water. We will gladly return anytime.

The location was great, the center was pretty close 1 -2 minutes walk but place was quiet. Whole flat was spacious, clean and very well equipped. Bathroom and kitchen were modern and practical and bed so comfy. We had everything what we needed.

The apartment was at the highest level of expectation considering facilities and cleanness . Parking was not a problem in the front of the building. The location quite close to the city center. The building are clean.

The sofa bed should be improved, sleeping position are not so comfortable. The bathroom ventilation could be better because isn't possible without being seen by the neighbors as long you are in. The balcony view in a inner courtyard ( in fact the roof of the first floor) aren't a "view". The balcony are proper for drying clothes, during the day and in the evening being too hot !
