I was here in winter, had nice experience. But summer a bit different. same good location nice staff very clean you can use wash machine and iron every day cleaning if you need

too noisy in summer. melody bar, karaoke and loud music 15m from hotel will not let you sleep till 1.00am at night for sure. climatic system needs to be cleaned, you can clearly smell mold. toilet ventilation needs to be done too.

Близко к морю. рядом много магазинов как продуктовых так и промышленный с адекватными ценами. В номере круглосуточно горячая вода. На кухне есть все необходимое даже соль и перец. Обращаю ваше внимание что нет халатов, тапочек, шампуней и геля для душа. Но это нормально для отеля этого уровня. В целом впечатление хорошее. Если вам не супер важен евроремонт в номере и новейшая мебель, то рекомендую данный отель для отдыха.

The help that I have from the hostess when I tryed to make a rezervation to another location on my way-back.

Only one air-condition for two rooms. On the other side of street is Melody bar and the Karaoke show continues up to 00.00 in the night. Loudly and annoiyng. No parking place (you have to catch a place when others are missing).

Water reeks, the smell in the bathroom is disgusting, everything is awfully dirty, linen with holes, only extremely hot water in the kitchen, cleaning stuff doesn't speak english - impossible to agree on the time of cleaning, they don't hide the spite if you ask them to come back tomorrow and they threw away my food once. There's also a karaoke bar that will help you sleep at night.. I don't recommend this place Wi fi connection is not stable There's no air conditionning in the bedroom

Good Location, easy access to area and work I was doing. On the 4th Floor, so noise from street minimal

The WiFi was useless, hardly worked and kept cutting out, I'd guess the hotel has set-up a very basic 'Hot-Spot' connection and when other guests logged in and starting using the Internet the bandwidth got overloaded. I only needed the access for Gmail, but that kept crashing out on me, I didn't use the WiFi connection for movies or streaming at all. So I had to go elsewhere to just use my Gmail account. The Hotel had major building works in progress and no prior warning to the entrance steps area up to the street, all broken up and rubble, they could have at least let me know it was due to happen.

among other apart hotels I have been in this one is just the best:clean, light, new furniture, hot water which is important in winter time. the room is warm, had no need to open clima control. price is also nice. big thanx to the owners!
