The location and description attracted us to this property. We were not disappointed. It is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to beaches and towns throughout the Cape. The home is beautifully decorated and the layout worked perfectly for our family gathering. The sunroom was the favorite gathering place for us. The owners were very prompt in communicating.

The location made everything around town that we wanted to do easily accessibly. The house is great for multiple couples, families, and groups of friends. The host was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. We had a fantastic stay. I would definitely choose this house again. It needs a little updating, but other than that, it made for a great stay.

The sunroom and back deck areas were great for morning coffee and hanging out with friends. The house is located in a cute and quaint neighborhood, just a short drive to the beach and main part of town! This was my first time visiting the cape and it exceeded all expectations!

Pam’s home is an amazing property with everything you may need for a beach getaway. Pam is very communicative and responsive to anything you may need. I left a personal belongings and Pam mailed it home to me. She is a spectacular and kind host. The home was clean and updated. The back deck is amazing and outdoor shower is clean!! I look forward to booking with Pam next summer :)

We were in town for a family reunion - 9 adults. The home is well appointed with comfortable beds and furniture. The eat in kitchen is large and has new appliances which aided in our food prep for the party. There is a wonderful sunroom with tv leading to a large deck and private backyard and shower on side yard. The living room and dining room was great space for all of us to be comfortable. The upstairs has an additional living area between the bedrooms which fit our blowup bed perfectly (though the sleeper sofa would have been fine too!) The neighborhood was quiet, safe to walk and easy to get to town and beach. Pam was quick to respond and we would definitely recommend this home and return again!

This is a clean, spacious house that was very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 teens and could easily accommodate 2-4 more people. It’s in an idyllic and friendly neighborhood. Jackknife beach is a pretty cove but we preferred short and easy drives to Marconi and Nauset beaches. Chatham has a beautiful downtown strip with great shopping, and you have to have a meal at the Squire. Our host Pam was very responsive and kind. You will be very pleased with this house for a peaceful Cape getaway!

Fun relaxing weekend away with good friends. It was a perfect home base as we were out and about most of the time. But comfortable, clean, good amenities, beautiful neighborhood. Great place to relax and end the day at the dining room table with gin and tonics playing a heated game of setback.

Owners were super nice and responsive, great neighborhood close to jackknife beach. Plenty of beds and places for air mattresses as well if you don’t want to share beds with friends. Would 100% go back and rent again next summer!

Perfect get away for a girls weekend!
This house was perfect for a fun girls' weekend. There was so much room for space and comfort for everyone during the stay. Pam was incredibly responsive and kind and has such a lovely and fun house. It was close to everything! I recommend this stay to friends and family and plan to come back in the future!

Pam was easy to talk everytime we needed. The house is big and nicely decorated. We didn’t cook but it has all you need if you want to do it. Backyard and deck are charming. There is a pretty lake close to the house ( schoolhouse pond, 15’ walking or 7’ biking) where we could swim. Parking is not allowed if you don’t have a sticker.
