Via G Mameli 94 is the perfect place to stay when in the Spoleto area. The host provided great information with pictures for locating free parking near the property, finding the apartment, and retrieving the keys. She quickly answered any questions was asked. The apartment is very spacious and excellently equipped for everything you might need. The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet. The apartment is in the historic area, close to parking, slightly outside the busy/noisy area. We highly recoomend Via G Mameli 94 when staying in the Spoleto area.

Exceptional host. Plenty of room, many inclusions, quiet, good location. I would return.
Only 1 thing to make it near perfect is A/C. The fans were adequate though.

The apartment was beautiful and clean. The parking area was relatively close by.
The location is not nearly in the center of town. One has to walk a very steep hill to get to the center. The fact that it's on a one way street makes the apartment very difficult to locate with GPS. One must drive through some tiny streets and alleys to get there. Honestly, it would have been much easier if the staff had met us and guided us there. But, that's my only complaint and, I believe, that can be easily fixed.
