The location was fantastic. Very close to the centre of Cannes. It was also very comfortable - plenty of space for 5 people.

We were charged 30 Euros for late arrival- we arrived just after 9pm and I also had to give a big (refundable) deposit on arrival. Also the information said we’d have access to a private beach but this was misleading, as the private beaches are extremely expensive and are available to anyone that wants to use them.

La disponibilité des hôtes et l’emplacement central de l’appartement

The accommodation was excellent – everything matched the description perfectly. Natalia, the property manager, was very helpful with everything. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed for a pleasant stay.

Location close to centre.

Not impressed with the stay and host. We told the host the leaving time on arrival, and she said it was alright but on the night before we check out, the other host messaged us to tell us we have to leave before 12noon. On the day of check out, their cleaners came before 12 (check out time is at 12nn) to tell us they need to clean the apartment for the next guests which is not quite professional. We told them we will leave very soon, but the cleaners have asked us three times, which makes me feel uncomfortable. In terms of Cleanliness, the apartment was very dirty. We spent a good hour to clean everything.
