Terrace not clean. Poor access. No showing around or instructions.

We had a great time in Seville staying at this Apartment. The best feature is it's Central Location in the City with easy acces to Bars. Restuarants , Shopping & Sightseeing. . We eat out but cooking facilities are available. Beds are comfortable & other furniture is appropriatee. The Lift is useful. We did not use the rooftop open space provided at the top of the Building due to inclement weather but, it looked nice.

There was considerable loud music one night from the Bar close by. (2AM). 🥶.

Great location

A little outdated

The location is perfect for exploring the City on foot as it is very central. Communication and service from the apartment representative was efficient. They were there to meet us on arrival, organised a travel cot and high chair for our baby and made us feel like we could contact them with any query or issue...not that we needed to! The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. The heating worked well and there was plenty of bedding and towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, washing detergent etc which all helped to make our stay really easy! The roof terrace was great for enjoying some afternoon sun!

Unfortunately there is a nightclub right opposite the apartment. It was closed all week luckily, but on Friday and Saturday nights it was really noisy between 1am-6am as all the customers were outside in the street directly below the lounge and bedroom windows.

The apartment exceeded expectations, from being met at the door with the keys, given a quick tour around and great communication throughout the whole trip made the vacation that little more easier and enjoyable. The apartment was lovely, modern interior, good facilities, an amazing private rooftop which was the cherry on top and everything was within walking distance. Would highly recommend!

Everything was great, the one little comment I have is that maybe there could be a TV in the lounge area otherwise everything was perfect!

Far smaller than it looked on the website. It was adequate/good, but not luxurious. It was a bit tatty in places and the view from the roof terrace was satellite dishes and air con units. Expensive and not good value for money.

Only 1 Toilet in the bathroom - not perfect for 4 people A bit more wine glasses would be nice

All amenities are very comfortable and necessary things are kindly provided. Beds are very comfy and the building and street are most of the time completely silent. The teraSse is sunny until 4pm during winter

It’s a pity there is no possibility to leave the luggage when the flat has no reservation afterwards and when the consignes shops are closed in the city.

Great location, beautiful apartment, lots of sun, great terrace (cold while we were there so didn't use it). We were received with a bottle of proseco so perfect!

The rooms looked exactly liked the ones in the picture. Way exceeded my expectations of the apartment! High quality interior materials and the cozy lights really made us felt like home. The host was very nice and greeted us in person to explain everything about the apartment and provided very good tips about restaurants and sight-seeings.
