Fabulous location, lovely staff, a great rooftop, and amazing spicy margaritas from the best guys at the bar!
The bathroom and shower setup seemed like it was designed for romantic stays, which is lovely in theory. In practice, having a shower with no properly closing door and see-through glass meant there was a little too much “romance” and not quite enough privacy.

The room decor was nice and clean
Some parts of our room were broken eg the Pole for the curtain and we had to request an Iron from reception they aren’t in rooms.

The room was quite comfortable with all the usual amenities. We didn't lack anything during our stay. The bar and the pool on the top floor are a great place to spend some time when you are tired and you just want to have a chill afternoon/evening. The beds are one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The staff was very polite and helpful. We also enjoyed the view from the room, as we were quite high up on the 7th floor.
The bathroom shower door couldn't close properly. Whenever taking a shower, we would get water go out an create a huge puddle all around the toilet. While Las Palmas is warm and this dries overnight, I still don't prefer having to walk in flip flops in the bathroom.
