What a lovely place! The place is amazing for the money. Everything is nice and clean and the kitchen is small, but everything is there. The courtyard is beautiful. Everything is very clean. It has a big bathroom. The bed is comfortable, the host is very friendly. It's a perfect little cottage. You can't beat this value. It's very quaint. The neighborhood may seem, like some people say, 'sketchy', but it's not. It's just an old neighborhood. And you are in a building that was built-in 1674 so don't expect everything to be up-to-date. Enjoy it!

Everything was very lovely for the price there is nothing I did not like.

The owner is very nice and helpful. She has explained everything to us. The apartment is small but for a sleep and for a shower enough. It is closed to a historic center, and if you are lucky you can find a parking place just few steps from the apartment.

The apartment is in a weird neighborhood, in the evening you are not feeling very safe. The street was a little bit noisy.

The location in the old town and near the river, the authentic historic building, part of an ancient church in and ancient neighbourhood. The three room apartment has two balconies and superb ventilation for comfortable sleeping in a heat wave. Francesca was welcoming and helpful eg she booked a great restaurant for us. It was very good value. The old town of Cosenza is beautiful, still in need of restoration. Go before the word gets out.

This is a lovely, quaint apartment with a gorgeous courtyard for relaxing. It is very clean with a comfortable bed and a good shower. There is a fridge, hotplate and basic kitchen items. It is centrally located with parking in the street. Francesca speaks reasonable English even though she doesn't think she does. She is very friendly and helpful.

It was not only clean but she was thoughtful putting the fire on for us when we were out so we wouldn’t be cold etc. beautiful location and very comfortable bed!

this is a small apartment in the old town. the garden is cute but this is no 3* accommodation it's cheap and convenient. You get what you pay for.
