We requested an earlier access time to our three rooms, since we wanted to change for a wedding, following our journey. This was done for us very willingly by the SPL team. It was much appreciated.
The bath screen would not stay in place when you had a shower, so some of the water dripped down the screen onto the floor when showering. A slip hazard if you didn’t spot it. It just needs a repair.

Location was wonderful, just across the road from the venue we were seeing the band at and lovely restaurants and cafes within a very short walk, we also went to Hampton Court Palace the next day with a short drive up the road. Parking outside was very welcome and easy, the automatic code access ran smoothly and whole place was clean and comfortable
No staff at all on site, room book stated that coffee, tea, milk etc were available in a basket in reception if missing in our rooms, but only enough spare milk for 1 person and 1 drink, needs to be more in rooms, also as a non hot drink drinker, I would love for once for there to be a drink for non-hot drink drinkers - a bottle of water or soft drink would be ideal.

Conveniently located & appreciated the free parking.
Decor was very dated & tired looking. One of the wall lights flickered when switched on which was quickly switched back off in room 1.
