We are very happy that we chose these apartments for our holiday. The apartments are located in a quiet place (you can sleep well), while walking to the sea is not far at all. The condition corresponds to the photos. It has everything you need for life: balcony, 2 TV, air conditioning, soft mattress, kitchen with oven and dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer and much more! The owner is very friendly, threw a lot of useful information about sights and restaurants where you can eat well! Thanks for all! Recommended.

I liked the attention the owner gave us from the first moment. Right after the booking. I liked the dimensions of the apartment and the location.

I think they could improve in the cleaning of the apartment. Particularly in the kitchen and the bathroom.

Great host and communication. Allowing us to store luggage before check in time. Lot of room with truely functional kitchen equipped with everything needed. Very close to supermarkets.

A very good location in Civitavecchia. It is about a 10 minute walk into town but there are restaurants very close by. The host was excellent and he met us at the apartment on our first night there. The apartment is on a nice quiet street and it is very comfortable. The train station is very close and so is the bus to the cruise port. Recommended.

Clean, roomy, comfortable living space. Comfortable beds. We were able to do 3 loads of laundry in the washing machine. Our host had to send someone to show us how to use it. Because we didn't understand Italian instructions. Nice balcony with a drying rack . Coffee maker. We walked to the supermarket and twice to the seaside area. The host was very helpful.

We had to climb stairs. We are in our 70's.
