Easy key box by the door - Pamela met us on the day
She also came to clean the apartment every day
Loved the location- walking distance to several restaurants- and cute tourist shops and a few grocery stores.
Walked to dinner every night
Lovely beaches walking distance as well as right in front of the apartment
Pillows and towels can do with an upgrade
Needed more loo paper and bin bags for the kitchen
Main complex pool had a few missing tiles and there was two broken sun umbrellas

The only advantage of this place I can point out is the wonderful view of the sea.
1. The cleaning was poor. I'm very particular about such things, and the apartment was dirty when we moved in, so we had to clean and wash everything ourselves.
2. There was no elevator, so we had to carry our suitcases up to the third floor.
3. The guest room had no air conditioning and a dirty, old fan. There were air conditioners in the rooms, but we tried not to turn them on because it was unclear when they had been cleaned.
4. The pool on the balcony hadn't been cleaned in five days, and the tiles were chipped, so we didn't let the children in there. The large pool in the common area also looked dirty.
