Beautiful apartment with great view of Sugar Loaf, Botafogo and Flamengo Beach
3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer (2. 5 Bäder). Gegenüber dem Einkaufszentrum Rio Sul und in der Nähe des Copacabana-Strandes. 24 Stunden Sicherheit und 1 Parkplatz zur Verfügung. 5 Minuten Fahrt mit dem Bus zum Copacabana Beach. Komplett renoviert im Jahr 2016. Badezimmer und Küche mit neuen Boden- und Wandfliesen. Frisch gestrichene ganze Einheit. Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, Deckenventilator im anderen Schlafzimmer. Der Gebäudekomplex bietet einen Supermarkt und ein Café. Pool und Kinderspielplätze. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn.

The apartment is complete with amenities, we are 5 people and felt comfortable, I will definitely recommend this property, for the views to sugarloaf , bitafogo bay,from the rooms, good security, at the entrance and at the lobby of each building, clean Elevators, common ground well maintenance, friendly stuff. Great location

The apartment was great, clean and tidy and well equipped. We were 5 adults and had plenty of space, with 3 showers there was no waiting to get up and out to explore. It’s perfectly situated near the beaches and shops, plenty of restaurants near by. The staff were very helpful and other residents polite. It’s a safe community and we’d definitely stay again. Thank you for having us

We traveled here for the Olympics and were a bit hesitant due to us not knowing the area. However, we were pleasantly surprised. It was located in a great location and equally between 2 different metro stations, both within 15-20 minute walking distance. The apartment was clean, easy to access, and met all the needs of our family of 5.
You can see Sugar Loaf Mountain and the Christ Redeemer. One note, the apartment is located at the top of a steep hill, however we found there was an elevator across from the mall that you could take instead of walking up and down the hill.
We would request to stay here again and definitely would recommend it to anyone heading to Rio. Also, the owner is very responsive to any questions. That was a BIG help for us.
