Prima locatie in Shinsaibashi in een straatje met veel winkels en restaurants. Maar ook nabij metrostation voor trips iets verder weg. Warm welkom door erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.Goede badkamer, prima ontbijt

We liked that there were plenty of common areas to relax outside of the room. The laundry facilities were fabulous and easy to use. The staff were warm and even offered complimentary breakfast on our first morning!
We wanted to charge our phones before departure in the hotel lobby however there weren’t any power points available.

Location is excellent and the breakfast is exceptional and flavorful. We enjoyed the fresh vegetables and WMF machine coffee. The lobby floor has a coffee and hot water machine where you can have anytime and three laundry and dryer machines are available. The drying time will be a very long time. I have a disability (knee) and the room provided by this hotel was a perfect one. Staff members are multi skilled talented professionals and speaking multiple languages fluently. Highly recommended property.

신사이바시역에서 무척 가깝고 오렌지스트릿과 백화점이 바로 옆에 있어 쇼핑하기 정말좋았습니다.
도톤보리도 도보로 매우 가까웠으며 무엇보다 호텔컨디션과 룸 컨디션이 너무 좋고 직원들이 친절해서 오사카여행을 또 하게된다면 고민없이 다시 숙소로 선택할것 같습니다

The location. It was in a great location for trains and shops/food.
It was a great place to stay. The only downside is that you weren’t allowed to spray any perfume/deodorant whilst in the room. So you had to take those items outside with you to be able to spray them. The reason being is so the rooms are not left with a smell when you check out. We found this strange as no other hotels had this rule.

Tolles Hotel mit ausgesprochen gutem Personal, welches jegliche Sprachen beherrschte. Auch die Zimmer waren sehr gut und für japanische Verhältnisse auch in einer angenehmen Größe. Lage war sehr zentral und das meiste war fußläufig

The bedroom is clean and the space is big enough for me to open the luggages (28” and 26” and 22”). The air conditioner is cool enough. The location is quite good. Walk 5 mins to the metro station. The most important thing is that it is close to the shopping area. We have some family members go back to take rest and the rest go down to shopping. Drug store and family mart are just 4 mins away! Many restaurants over there as well.
The breakfast is delicious, that would be perfect if there are more varieties.

This place is great. Great location and 2-3mins walk to subway. Sleep undisturbed despite being in a busy area. Great breakfast. Washing machine and tumble dryer useful. Free coffee

The staff was welcoming and always ready to help. There’s a water dispenser and ice dispenser on the 2nd floor. The housekeeping schedule and how you can choose from eco and please make up room makes a lot of sense and helps the environment too. The look and feel of the whole hotel is modern and welcoming.

Excellent location close to Dotonbori and shops, restaurants, bars. New hotel and room. Shower with regular shower head and overhead rain shower that can both run simultaneously. Nice staff.
Opaque window with no view and small room, which we were aware of prior to the stay. No USB ports in room.

Location was amazing. Breakfast was great! It changed day to day which was nice. Laundry was a great amenity. We were able to leave our bags after check out to explore and do more shopping. Subway was a few blocks away. Would definitely stay here again.
Room was a little tight due to the ginormous bed in the room (bed was great though)

We felt very lucky to have picked this hotel for our 5-night stay in Osaka. It is very well and conveniently located in the heart of Shinsaibashi. We loved its contemporary design and guest friendly facilities, and especially the quality of the breakfast. If we ever visit Osaka again, we don't think we need to look for another hotel, but stay at The Flag for sure!

Location is great . Room design is cozy and with a safe inside which is rare in Japan hotel. Can borrow mobile charger, humidifier, etc. love the relax corner with books and sofa and with good coffee provided at lobby.
For cleanup at eco state, Didn’t expected they only throw the rubbish in bin while no other cleanup has been done.

The hotel is new. Very comfortable. Staffs are very attentive and reliable. Best stay among the 6 hotels I stayed for my trip to Japan in April 2023
Size of room.
Laundry room was small. Had to wait for a long time for my turn. Perhaps clearer instructions on how to operate the machines could be placed at the laundry room .

very clean, centrally located and I was especially impressed by how well thought out the facilities were. There were refillable bottles from reception so we weren’t going around buying plastic bottles of water, an eco make up for the room is available if requested. The panamas were so comfy. our kids were impressed with breakfast, what’s not to like about waffles and ice cream for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!
nothing much! if I had to request a change, it would be to have cut up fruits instead of a mixed fruit cocktail for breakfast.

Very clean and comfy room. The location is excellent for those who would like to explore Shinsaibashi and Dontoburi. They are in walking distance.
The neighbourhood looks a bit complex at night but if walking in a group should not be a problem.

location is a short walk from station (take the exit 6 of Daimaru, the google recommendation is not the shortest route) interior design of rooms is pleasant, and the library at lobby floor provides a relaxing environment for taking short break. the breakfast is wonderful
the water pressure… makes the shower experience not an enjoyable one

Location was great - close to lots of restaurants and shopping areas. The filtered water and coffee station was much appreciated - as was the laundry facilities. It was a good value option - and the staff were lovely.
The rooms were clean, but basic and small. It was a squeeze to have two large suitcases open in the room. The bathrooms were very small (no bath) and with limited vanity/counter space for toiletry bags etc.
