very quaint and clean accommodation.

Loredana is super nice lady who lives two doors down in a small alleyway 10min walk form Scicli town centre. Location is perfect with easy parking on the main road - very convenient for both short and long stays Rustic setting nicely decorated, it was spotless and also had coffee for breakfast! :) Would definitely recommend!

the room was absolutely beautiful and very clean. the host was also very sweet.

The stay was really fantastic and I would recommend anyone to come over to Sicli and stay here. The host and her neighbour are very friendly and very welcoming. The place is well fitted for even home cooking of locally sourced produce and has fully functioning facilities. Even some initial breakfast food and coffee pads for machine was provided upon arrival. The locale was very nice and quiet.

Only two improvements I would recommend to really improve the stay would be to use blackout curtains between the bedroom area and rest of the accommodation. This will keep the light out from the street. And also to add an insect filter of some sorts on the windows as in the warm evening they start to enter. Otherwise all fantastic!

Firm mattress, electric blankets! Thank god as the room was freezing.

We were late (after 7 pm) getting there and I asked for the address. What I was told was the owner's address – the apartment was across the lane. She sent a message instructing us how to get into the apartment – but not where the apartment was! So we went to her address. Instructions for getting in didn't work (obviously as it was not the apartment), I rang, no answer. Eventually I rang all doorbells and someone called down from an upper floor. We never saw the owner,her daughter came and let us in. The apartment (just one long room) was freezing – no-one had thoughr to put the air con on for us – and smelled of cigarette smoke and cleaning products. There were no windows – the only outside light came from the door. Don't stay here if you're claustrophobic. Or if you need darkness to sleep as the room was lit up all night long by a light in the laneway. I've vowed never to stay again in a place like this where you never see the owner. By the second day there was no hot water – and no-one to ask.

The place was cosy and perfect. It had everything you might need in a house for a short stay and on top of that it has a very nice atmosphere.

We liked everything about this place. It is very well and tastefully renovated and super cosy and Loredana an excellent host.
