The pool, location and hospitality are great! Manager Norwing went above and beyond 100/100 hotel recommended.

Location accessible to transportation, etc, but.. upon arriving which we have no control over... locals offering tours to all locations, etc.

Property clean, staff excellent.. but being in hotel industry myself, and talking to guests, no idea no T.V, regardless traveling seeing city, etc, but aspect of no mini fridge to keep basics cold, such as water, etc

The staff were absolutely exceptional, super friendly and helpful and really cared about our time there, particularly Norwing and Sofia. The location is central and walkable to everywhere, they coordinate tours and activities every day and the downstairs shared space has a nice feel to it with the swimming pool, pool table and bar. The suite we booked was spacious, provided a lovely view of the cathedral with a comfortable bed.

The suite is such a fantastic, open room with a lovely view, which so much more could be made of. There is so much empty space and cupboard space without a mini-fridge, only one hanger, clothes space, television etc. It makes the room feel bare and empty. The room is very rustic, and despite having a great view, prone to ALL the noise in the central square that was ongoing until 2am (there was a festival we were not given the heads up about) and again at 6am when the working day starts. The WiFi was very poor and intermittent, and the property has no hot water so don’t expect a warm shower.

Room was sufficient Bathroom needs some work especially the shower Pool was adequate and size standard for the country. You won't be doing laps. Location was amazing. Right on the main Plaza.
