Convenient location very near the beach/promenade. Good facilities in the apartment, bed very comfortable, apartment clean.

Fabric of the building is old, needs some repairs around the shower area. Outside space by balcony needs attention

Excellent location few steps to las vistas beach. This apartment was spotlessly clean, had recently been fully modernised so everything was new.

The shower pressure is amazing. Also the location is nice and convenient - close to the nicest beaches in the area. Free parking nearby.

There was just one key - since this is not a hotel with the reception, this is quite annoying if more than one person stays at the apartment. The bed was uncomfortable - one side is carved in. The service could have been better - for example, we asked for another key and were told that this is not a hotel and that it's not possible. The pool is closed due to covid, so don't get the apartment if you wish to use it. The view from the terrace is also not nice at all (looks better on the pictures).

This is a simple apartment in a very good location. All the furniture, except the sofa, looks quite new. We liked that there are blackout curtains, but it would be also nice to have them (or some blinds) on kitchen window as well. The pool is nice and quiet, but there aren't any sun chairs or loungers. Location of the apartment is great, it is very close to nice beaches, shops, restaurants...

The balcony view is not the best and we found it difficult to find parking in the area. We stayed there on Friday and Saturday, when pool bar had karaoke nights starting at 10pm, which you could hear really well in the property. Also sofa bed isn't the the most comfortable to sleep on.

Location was superb. One of the best in the area. Everything is super close. Also, the place was very clean and it had almost everything you'd need.

The view from the place was not great, there was ongoing construction, but even without that, the view is just another ugly building. The place was very hard to find.
