Rooms are in basement, no ventilation at all due to which there's is a lot of smell... one can't stay there for a minute even.

I usually never write reviews but this one was so horrible that I dont want anyone else to suffer in future the way I did. I called up the owner a few hrs before to confirm my stay to which he casually replied that since the bathroom is under renovation I would not be getting the room. Couldn't he have told me himself? What if I landed there at 1 am and then been told same? When I asked for an alternative the owner told me that there is a studio apartment which would be free and i can use that. After reaching the location i was taken through winding narrow dirty gullies into a small high rise residential complex. I was shocked to see the state of the "studio apartment". This is most likely the owners storehouse for used samaan or one of the workers quarters. Dust, stained bed sheets, used towels, stinking pillows.. what not.. I can go on Just amazed at the audacity of the owner to offer such an accommodation to a "guest" .. and even more surprising to see this property with people with such attitudes on a portal like booking.com When I asked the worker if I can speak to the owner while leaving to which he replied that as it's a sunday he wouldn't be awake yet... at 9 am?! Wow! I understand everything is a business and runs on money but even there there is something called ethics and some courtesy ..after all it's supposed to be the "hospitality" sector! Anyway..that cant be expected from everyone I guess! So let this be a warning for others

staff and host very supportive and friendly, host doesn’t interfere with anything. Would love to come back if they can focus little more on cleanlinesses.

They need to focus on Hygiene specially kitchen. There is no car parking available at accommodation, you have to park at roadside. Host need to make correction about parking.

The staff member working there was really nice & made us feel comfortable despite the poor condition of the property.

The property was in a quiet bad condition (rain water almost got into our room), cleanliness and hygiene of the guests were not even considered and we were not offered the free breakfast that was promised while booking the room. Also the owner of the place surely doesn't care about anything except for the money he's making but the guy working here is only the reason why this place is still running. I would like to appreciate him for his professionalism & for being the only one who tried to make our stay at Deer Park comfortable. Otherwise the place is just waste of money and quite disappointing.
