location was good. The house keeping staff were very helpful. Restaurant food prices were reasonable so did not have to order from outside. The taste and quantity of food wa satisfactory. The hotel has various conveyance options.

The reception staff strongly argued with me that the complimentary breakfast would be limited to two pax per room and not as per our booking declaration. Our room was occupied by 2 adult and 2 children. The hotel refused to serve complimentary breakfast to kids. I have never came across any hotel in my life who would serve BF partially. In our booking it clearly mentioned that maximum pax allowed as 5. however, we upgraded our room by paying extra amount to triple room. The argumant hotel staff at front desk did not make sense and i felt he was talking rubbish and not aware of conditions. However after long discussions he agreed to serve 3 BF's and all this eposide resulted in delay to reach airport.

Bed sheet is bit ok but pillow is too soft and cover is not so clean in my view.

At evening time view from balcony that was good.

Room isn't clean also washroom and mosquitoes roaming inside the room, hospitality is very poor, room service is very late.

Location was easy to find as I was using mostly auto rickshaw and there are lot of food vendors around.

Everything was fair except they charge me little more for their breakfast. I knew they were cheating me on my face but I didn’t say a word since it was few hundred but I decided right then that I’ll not eat any meal from their hotel. Rooms were ok and they didn’t cheat on that except breakfast. Also, toilet amenities was not upto the mark of what we paid. Geyser and ac is controlled by reception which was litttle weird and needed to request them to on which I never did in any hotel I stayed before.
