The View.

The house was filthy. The furniture is old and some of it rusty. Everything you touched in the kitchen was greasy and literally had to wash your hands after opening a draw or cupboard. Could not relax. Property Manager R was useless. Complaint filed with fair trading.

location and views were wonderful….. the kitchen items utensils etc were so useful …I liked both bedrooms had a bathroom each. great proximity to local coffee shop😄 I liked the information booklet about the home, the renovation and the pictures that show captions of history of the home.that was left by the owners.

The proximity to the beach was amazing. The property was fully equipped.

Great location , nice and homey

No towels, no floor towels, no bed linen had to pay extra.

The position of the house is fantastic. We sat on the deck and took every opportunity to watch the ocean for much of our stay. The surf comforts you to sleep. Bed and 2 bathrooms great for 2 x couples. It’s well kitted out kitchen and full laundry. Roomy lounge/dining. Comfortable queen beds. Louvre windows perfect for ventilation. The property managers were a stand out. Great communication throughout our stay. Thank you!!

I really have to try hard to be negative. A few minor things. Some of the outside furniture is tired. No sun lounge. The Webber too small as a barbeque. Some plates were dirty in the cupboards, as were the timber floors throughout the house, which was disappointing. Note for property managers. The outside shower is a good idea but needs maintenance but there was a good hose and tap.

The view is great, it's very quiet. Car park even though you need to be careful when you get in if you have a low car like sporty ones. Kitchen is provided with everything you would possibly think of. Nothing is missing.

The house was tidy but not well cleaned. The bathroom once I took the shower I could see all the dust on the floor and the sink had issue with water draining. Cutlery was not cleaned, it was pretty dirty I had to wash them all again before using them. In bedroom, I accidentally moved there bed while I was putting the sheet on and the was lots of dust and things that felled behind like pins. Also when we left (10.25)..the cleaner , that was already there, had to point out rudely that we supposed to leave at 10...as if it was sooo late.. no flexibility... Well we were late to do the bins, and to sort all the dishes and pans and cutlery to help out.
