L'éloignement de la foule des plages ,le côté authentique et locale,cette impression d'être à la maison. La vue sur la forêt Il faut être véhiculé en revanche.

Qu'on ne prévient pas avant la vente que la piscine sur le toit est hors d'usage (depuis longtemps)( booking a une part de responsabilité). La literie réellement trop dur,canapé on sentait les ressorts ,salle de sport vraiment pas acceuillante équipements hors d'usage (heliptere,vélo notamment)

The rooms and the building itself are relatively new and located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood.

Despite being relatively new, the complex is in an advanced state of decay. You can see and feel at every corner that things are no longer maintained and looked after. Rooftop pool no longer available. Apparently for a few months now. Gym a total disaster. All the machines are broken and in a terrible state. Minor damage to all the furniture in the rooms, dirty walls in the corridors and rooms. Massive mould in the bathroom.

The pool was great and fresh. Views from the roof are stunning. Quiet location, easy to get in and out of Krabi town to explore area with scooter. Good bed, firm. Good shower. Helpful staff.

We rented this place to have a kitchen to cook simple meals when needed, but it was not well equipped enough to do so. A few things would need updating or added. The couch is not comfortable at all.

J'ai choisi cet hôtel pour la piscine sur le toit, et la vue depuis ma chambre. La piscine sur le toit était fermé J'étais au 1er étage donc la vue n'était pas super de plus il y avait des maisons en construction juste devant (pas de vue sur la ville,lac,piscine). Le balcon est minuscule avec une machine à laver dessus Le ventilateur extérieur de la climatisation fais du bruit. L'hôtel est reculer du centre Les deux portes de l'hôtel était fermée et ma carte ne fonctionnait pas (Je suis resté bloqué plusieurs fois ça m'a vraiment énervé) La réception est ouverte à des heures aléatoire. J'ai du attendre 10mn pour remettre la clé Pour une chambre à +25€ la nuit, c'est très cher je suis vraiment déçu...

It was really worth the money. All facilities required for a family was available. The response for messages were also too quick. Thnaks for that.

The location was in a remote place. So it was bit difficult to get transporation.

The swimming pool and washing machine.

In the middle of nowhere, nothing in English on tv, and the rooftop pool was closed. Also the pool that was in use had no sun loungers, only two chairs!

Easy to extend stay, good facilities if you are working ect. Easy to hire bike and contact staff. Comfy bed and washing machine is a bonus

Quite run down/dirty. Property seems a bit neglected but has potential! Gym needs safer equipment (faulty)

I stayed in the apartment for 1 month - it was a really good time in Krabi , very helpful staff , the apartment has everything you need to live. Great views from the window and a super rooftop pool It's quiet and you can't hear the neighbors Good internet

Quite far from the main beaches, no stores nearby, so you may definitely need a motorcycle( rentals are available at your apartment ) There are a lot of small ants in the apartment, I could not understand where they came from (I think this is normal for Thailand). The water in the shower stall was constantly leaking out
