Air conditioning in rooms. We had 2 really hot days! Location was excellent. Walkable from Malaga Centro station and close to Old Malaga. Shower was good and beds very good quality.

No oven. Wanted to do pizza and cook more. But this was a small issue.

Good location. Big apartment. Convenient checkin and checkout.

Double beds are too small. Only one bathroom for 3 bedrooms. Hot water is delivered by a small gas powered boiler which was unreliable and of was difficult to have hot water for a long time.

almost in the old town- 5 minutes walking and you are there. first cafe you will find at the entrance to the apartment very polite host, speaks Spanish only, but tries to explain everything on understandable way. :)

quaite noisy outside, but this is city center. you need to close the Window.

We received this booking as replacement for our initial choice, which was cancelled last minute. Apartment was nice and clean, temperature was ok even if it was quite cold one day outside. Kitchen is good equiped. Owner do no speak any english, but with google translate we were able to ask about everything. Property require fee if you destroy something, but it was returned to us without issue evening before we were leaving.

The flat is a good size, the kitchen is well equipped and the shower is powerful and very hot. The lounge is comfortable and well furnished. The area is quiet and it's very useful to have a lift. The wifi worked well once we worked out which password to use.

Be very careful with the blinds set into the windows. It's all too easy to pull them up too high where they can jam. We have had to pay for a repair to the one in the main bedroom.

Very good communication with the owner and very nice person. Good spacious flat, close to city center.

Parking can be difficult in the area.

The owner was very nice and it was very easy to do the check-in. The apartment is in a good location to visit the city and it is possible to walk to the city centre within 15-20 minutes. The beds are comfortable and the apartment has a lot of space. Luckily, I noticed the requirement for a cash deposit in the listing rules, so we didn’t have any problems with it and we got it back without any issues. I would suggest to write it in the main description of the apartment so that it doesn’t become a surprise to others.

The air conditioner doesn’t work in two out of the three bedrooms, and there is no notice of this anywhere on the listing description. The air conditioning was one of the reasons we had selected this place, so we found it misleading. We had to sleep with the doors open to get cool air from the main room and the living room, which is not great in terms of privacy. There was no soap, nor shampoo in the shower, and the hand soap in the bathroom sink was watered down. We also didn’t get a hand towel. The kitchen is in general well provided, but there are no chopping knives. There are also ants in the kitchen. Hopefully they can deal with those soon. All in all, our stay was okay, but we were disappointed by these details that didn’t match the expectations set by the description of the listing. If they fix them, the apartment is a great value for the price.
