great location, staff was very friendly and available.

toilet was not working, cold showers, loud at night, concern for cleanliness of the sheets as they had an odor.

We were in town for a couple of days so we loved the central, easy location that was just steps away from the beach. Everybody who worked there was so friendly.

We might have preferred a little more outdoor space, but the room was great -- central but also really quiet at night. The kitchen/fridge was a bonus, and we liked having an outdoor table.

Everything! The hotel is right by the beach and the rooms are spacious and beautiful, each with a private patio and kitchen space. Carolina is a remarkable and generous hostess who made us feel so welcome and at home.

Fantastic property. Right on the main drag, steps from several restaraunts and the beach. It is a spacious and beautiful room tucked behind the gallery, surrounded by vegetation. Carolina, the owner was so warm and welcoming, it made our stay extra special. The kitchen and dining space is in a covered outdoor patio out front your room and contains the basics. First time in San Pancho but won't be our last. Thanks for the wonderful stay - would definitely return.

beautiful, clean, close to the beach

it’s a beautiful boutique hotel just a few steps away from the beach. the rooms are clean, spacious and cozy! You even have a small kitchen (fridge, stove, coffee machine) on your private terrace! The owners/ team are amazing, they really make you feel like home. We stayed two weeks and we loved it.
