We stayed at this villa for a week 9 people, 8 adults and 1 child. The house is divided in 2 areas, the upstairs and the downstairs area: The upstairs area has 1 very large living-room, 1 service bathroom, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 indoor dinning room and 1 outdoor dinning area, plus 2 balconies. On the next floor you will find 3 bedrooms (2 with matrimonial beds and one with 2 single beds) 1 large bathroom with bathtub and 1 balcony with the most amazing view. The upstairs area is quite nice, it seems renovated recently. The downstairs area has 1 large living room and 1 open space kitchen, equipped with fridge, stove, oven and sink, 1 medium size bathroom, 1 medium size bedroom with large bed and 1 very small bedroom with 1 single bed. The furniture on this area is rather old and the rooms are a bid obscure. The villa has barbeque area but we didn't use, 1 big parking area, and another sitting area under the stairs. We had a really nice time here and we thank our hosts for that. :)

It was very clean, spacious and well located - we could go to Nea Skioni to have dinner and we were going to different beaches every day. It is perfect for 2-3 families.

Big villa with a lot of space, very nice yard, all you need, optimal for two or three families with kids. It does have a private (but shared) beach which is not too far for a walk but better for drive. Very friendly host.

It is missing a real TV ( the one provided is very small), Internet connectivity is (very) poor. Excellent to recover but If you need internet for remote work that’s not gonna happen… , even mobile data coverage will not sustain.

Maria and her family were outstanding hosts and they have contributed significantly to our vacations being top-notch. Villa is simply amazing, a real home away from home, offering plenty of space and beautiful details in and around the house. On top of that, following a short path through a well maintained olive grove, there's a private beach which comes with the villa, with all the equipment you need and with crystal clear, turquoise water. Two thumbs up, will do our best to come back again! Not to forget, many thanks, Maria, for the farewell retsina.

All was perfect

Great and clean villa. Nice furnitures in the living and well equipped kitchens. Sourounded by olives trees fields, it makes special feeling. Very good contact with owners. They visited us and gave nice gifts. Woderfull path/way to private beach via olive tree fields. On the beach there are very comfy sun beds. People around smile to you with nice greetings and they were sympathic. Close to town, 1,5 km, good restautants and not expensive (i am aware it is relative). Local fish shop offers delicious grilled fishes to be picked up at yr convinience. We have been in many Mediterranean places from west to very east sides and this one in Greece was one of the best. Thanks for all great efforts to the family. Ciao.

It might sound i am too picky....as we did not rent a car this time, it could be nice to have one bike to go quick to the town for some shopping or pick up food😊

Good beach with sunsets

Anna is much more than responsive host. She will care for every small detail you might or might not think of. The property itself is gorgeous - spacious luxury villa with amazing sea view. I would definitely return back soon.
