Dear Sir / Madam, Reference - Confirmation number: 3193832356 We had made the reservation for our stay from 7th – 11th December 2022 at Hotel Skyland, Ahmedabad through your website booking.com on November 22, 2022 and had also made a request for early check-in. Later on the same day we received an e-mail asking us to make the partial or full payment through a link which conveyed that if the full payment is made, we shall get additional discount of Rs.100. Hence we made the full payment of Rs.4,100 . We even sent a text message informing that we had made the full payment. But on reaching the hotel we received the shock of our life when the hotel refused to honour the booking and in turn informed that they had disassociated themselves with OYO from past 2-3 years. The hotel staff was also quite inconsiderate and refused to provide even the basic washroom services. To avoid un-necessary trouble, transportation of goods to other hotel, we made a direct booking by paying cash payment at the reception, as we were carrying a lot of luggage to be displayed at the exhibition. it is completely cheating to customer, when i have booked price shown 750 aprox but hotel denied the rate and asked for 2000/- said they will not honor the rater shown on other platform. event spoke to oyo custermer care they kept me hold for 30mnts but no solution given.
