Excelente servicio estuvieron dispuestos a hacer check in antes de lo indicado. Estuvieron atentos a responder mis inquietudes. La habitación excelente limpieza y cama muy cómoda.

We like everything.

We stayed in one of the "Ocean view" rooms, and it did not disappoint. We had a huge wall window that looked out on the town and ocean. The King bed was spectacular and so comfortable. The room and bathroom was very modern with wonderful fixtures and amenities. Everything was very clean and top-notch. The breakfasts had a great selection of cereals, breads, meats, cheeses, and beverages. The hotel was up a driveway, up off the main road so there wasn't any ambient noise, and if you have a car, its locked behind a gate at night for security. The staff was very friendly. We were here just as the government of Chile was shutting down for the Coronavirus, and it was nice to be in a comfortable hotel while we rearranged our travel.

The hotel is situated about a quarter-mile from the central town area, so you have to make a short walk to get to the main area of shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly, no one spoke much English. However, we did fine with our poor Spanish and a little translator app.
