I loved having space and a feeling of being at home while away.

Not enough towels and the futon didn’t have any bedding and was a bit hard.

Everything was excellent

The guesthouse is beautifully furnished and well equipped. The smart TV allowed for movie streaming too. Bathroom was clean and spacious! Although there was some issues with the wifi during our stay, it wasn't a problem for us. All is good! The property management company did make an exception for us tourists, who didnt have local digital payment options for collecting the USD350 deposit.

However, be aware that you will have to put down a USD 350 deposit for your stay. This is handled OUTSIDE of Booking.com, don't think we were informed prior to the booking. For us, it was super cumbersome cause they only accepted limited options (venmo/zelle) for RETURNING the deposit. Would expect a property management company to at least handle international options for refunding the deposit, or via CC. Appreciate the exceptions made for us to pay cash and return deposit via PayPal, though I'd like to point out that we were charged the admin fee for PayPal (not absorbed by the property manager) and also, that the returning of deposit was NOT within the 48 hours they had promised (we had to chase to ask if the refund has been processed, 5 calendar days later).

Host and people in charge of renting the place were amazing even though we got a little cleaning problem at the beginning my family and I got a blast staying there. Not very far from highways is kind in between of everything. Next time we’re coming to LA thinking 100% staying there again.

It was so comfortable and the host was so sweet and I def would recommend and will be staying here again.
