Warm welcome from the host who handed over the keys and parking permit and showed us around the apartment. Superb location from which to explore Sandwich and easy access to several eating/drinking establishments. A quiet apartment away from the road and overlooking the quayside. Just a note-not a criticism -the owners live upstairs and there is a common front door-although a private lockable access door to the apartment. Plus--Milk, coffee tea and sugar was provided.

I enjoyed my stay at Boatyard View. The property is in excellent order and has been well designed. The host met me on arrival and gave me a parking permit so that I could park just outside in the yard. The location of the flat is in the heart of Sandwich so everything I wanted to get to was just a short walk away.

Directly outside at the back is a walkway where people pass by very close which might bother some.

An exquisitely designed small apartment with everything you could possibly need, and centrally located. Exceptionally clean. Hosts extremely helpful, even delivering the phone we'd left behind to us in Deal! Highly recommended

The room was clean and well appointed. Conveniently located. Steve was very helpful and I like the fact that milk and tea were provided.
