Ich weiß nicht, warum aber wir haben irgendwie das beschissene Zimmer unter dem Dach bekommen. Gott sei Dank war nicht Hochsommer. ist das eine Strafe für Booking Kunden?

We spent three very comfortable nights at the hotel. We also ate two dinners in the restaurant, where the service was excellent, and the food was good. They have a good wine list as well. Our room was large and comfortable, with a good bed and pillows, ample space for luggage and a bathroom shower that didn’t flow onto the floor when you took a shower. There were also plenty of windows to open to get fresh air at night. The hotel is on a pedestrian only street. If you’re driving the parking, message the hotel before you arrive and have them send you the parking location. We’d definitely stay there again. BTW, we were there with another couple, who felt the same way about the hotel. Very positive.

Comfortable, stylish, clean, good location and great breakfast. Very impressed with wait staff.

A bit smelly in the bathrooms. Rooms a tad warm! Otherwise great.

The location was good and the suite was beautiful.

Above all, the way the staff handled the problems was thoroughly unpleasant. I booked a room for three adults and received explicit confirmation that an extra bed would be provided. Upon arrival, the bed provided for the extra guest was a low-quality folding bed that was extremely small. When I asked for a larger one, the receptionist flatly claimed none were available. Later, as my friend was getting ready to sleep, we discovered the bed was actually broken: one wooden slat was missing and another was severely damaged. Only after this discovery were we finally provided with a larger replacement bed. The room had towels for only two people and no blanket for the extra bed. The blanket brought to us was unsuitable for use. After we insisted, we received another one, but without a cover. The staff member entered our room without knocking, and we had to unfold the replacement bed ourselves. The receptionist was unpleasant throughout and offered no apology. I arranged this stay for my friends, and the lack of care in handling these problems made the experience disappointing and embarrassing.
