the AC was not cooling down the room. Temp was probably at 70degrees despite lowering the AC temp. I was there to take a quick nap while the wife is at an event so I just passed out.

I did not have a chance to eat breakfast. The location was nice and clean.

The only thing I did not like was, I was assigned on the 2nd floor. The guest on the third level had children and they were running back and forth making a lot of noise during late hours. I think that should be addressed when guest arrive, to respect other guests with a certain tone and a certain time of night. Invest in security guards at night. Other than that I was happy Also I am a member of AARP, I could not take advantage of my plan when i checked in. I was told I had to call a 1-800 number. Everywhere else I visit they would scan my AARP card and I wouldn’t have a problem. I suggest that your company look into that to better assist those with the AARP membership. Thanks

The location was convenient to everything I needed to do in Houston at that time

Had a bad experience on one of the days of my stay in which a SWAT situation occurred causing me to be out of my room for several hours just left me unsure of whether I will stay at this location if I'm in Houston another time
