The staff was very helpful, exceptionally kind and did their best.
TV had few channels. Shower was incredibly small. The whole place could use a cosmetic renovation.

Location is very good and the staff is generally nice. They are always eager to help and they really do their best.
This is the third time I had a booking at this hotel and now I have learned from my mistakes. If you have very low standards it’s generally fine and the location balances out the cons. Room service is probably the worst I have seen anywhere else in the world. The room had a couple of cups and spoons that the staff did not wash, but simply put it back upside down on the tray. They did not clean the floor. They did not clean the bathroom properly. They did not replace our towels when we left them on the floor to be replaced. Housekeeping is simply very bad at their job.
The lift is a joke of its own. Even if it’s empty, for some strange reason it takes MINUTES to go from floor 6 to 0. I timed 4 minutes of wait time until the empty lift came down. How does that happen? Unexplainable.
The rooms are very loud. The safe has no instruction manual and every room seems to have a different safe because in ALL OF MY STAYS I needed to ask the staff for help when handling the safe.

As expected the hotel is a high quality establishment. People are professional and genuinely service oriented, everybody is focused on making guest stays pleasant especially the staff ANITA ☺️, rooms are spacious and clean, concierge was helpful in arranging events during our stay. It is everything you would expect from ST JULIANS BAY HOTEL❤️THANK YOU

Location and the staff are nice and helpful..
The smell of the beddings,and pillow is disgusting..and also the room and comfort room are smell stingky..and the AC also is not working properly..

Great location basic rooms but clean
paid for the standard double room for single occupancy because it was advertised as with a double bed and larger room than the economy single which had a single bed. booked with friends who all opted for the economy rooms. all rooms are exactly the same and in actual fact two of our party who paid for economy single had larger rooms than mine and both with double beds and balcony and I had two singles pushed together. when I asked the reception she shrugged and said I don’t know what the difference is between economy and standard until I pointed out there isn’t one except maybe around 150 euros for the duration of my stay.

The location is decent and well connected. The room was spacious. Air con worked well.
The WiFi was terrible -- I had to work for one day of our trip and had to use data throughout the day. (I'm surprised this is still an issue in 2022). If your WiFi doesn't work, clearly communicate that to your customers.
The walls are apparently really thin as we could hear a lot of noise from the outside.
The beds were incredibly uncomfortable.
The room itself had a damp smell and there was no fridge.
The toilet wouldn't flush properly and the water pressure of the shower head was nonexistent. The holder was also barely attached to the tiles.

The location is super central and safe. Reception were helpful, accommodating and understanding.
The pictures did not represent what it was like, however it is a 3 star property so it would fit that standard. It’s a bit run down. The bathroom is tiny and the shower head doesn’t stay up so need to hold it. Beds are hard so it’s all okay just outdated and run down but very spacious rooms so great price for a budget conscious family. on a main road so quite noisy as well, particularly at night time. I was not really able to enjoy tranquility but the location is really central and convenient.

Great location, right in Saint Julian's Bay. Lots of things to do.
The reception had us waiting for one hour, when the room was ready. I did not feel welcome.

The view from the balcony
The bathroom was not remodeled,the maids didn't clean our room well and mainly the bad service at the beggining of our stay,we were given a room with no sea view and was charged the same amount. They gave us a room for 3 people and we are 2. We had to change rooms the next day that was also delayed and we didn't get any refundation for that problem.

The staff we’re amazing. So welcoming and hospitable especially the hotel manager, she was a gem.
They didnt have a seaview room available on our 1st night when we checked in so we had to travel to marina hotel in Seilma which was inconvenient.

Location is the best thing about this hotel. Very centrally placed at the bay with beach across the road.
the rooms were quite small and did not have balcony, it has bad ventilation, the wifi was not working properly and unfortunately the room that we got also had low reception of mobile data.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location and staff, the rest needs great improvements.
We have booked 2 quadruple rooms, but the first night we were offerred a single room and one triple room instead of one of the quadruple. The management tried to fool us a bit and offerred to bring one more bed in the triple room, but it was not that big to fit one and feel comfortable. The facilities were bad, the hairdryers did not work properly, neither the air conditioning, no iron in the room,we waited for one day to receive one, the furniture was not of good quality, neither the matrasse. one of our friends had back pain the whole trip. The breakfast was just horrible, same food 3 days in the row, which was cooked the first day we arrived, the choice is very limited. The hotel itself consists of two buildings, one older and the other one newer. The old building had bad smell in the rooms. The sea view room is not worth the money, the room has a minuscule balcony. Otherwise the staff was nice and friedly.
