-The Italian restaurant was closed for two days.

The hotel is beautiful and offers a wide range of amenities and activities, making it a lovely place to stay. The staff are generally very friendly and welcoming, and the entire property is well-maintained and clean. Although the receptionist who welcomed us could have been clearer when explaining the hotel’s services and procedures upon arrival, our experience greatly improved when we encountered an issue with our room. Nicole was there to assist us and provided outstanding support. She was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Nicole was definitely the highlight of our stay! Overall, we had a very positive experience and appreciated the hotel’s facilities, cleanliness, and friendly atmosphere.

Todo, las instalaciones, la playa, las habitaciones privilegie con jacuzzi, la comida con mucha variedad. El personal es muy atento en especial Victor, hace que todos los servicios este a gusto.

Bed is very comfortable, good food, great clean beach.

Road to get there/entrance is like. Third world country. Huge amount of insects in the room. Place seems to be very understaffed.
