Un Patio al Sur

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The AC was simple and effective, there was a mini bar in the room with water and soft drinks at very reasonable prices. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of outlets next to the bed. We had a room overlooking the narrow street with a Juliette balcony. The best thing about the hotel though was the excellent location, a short walk from everything we wanted to see in Seville.

One minor thing, there's only one lift which was broken one morning, but by the time we came back in the evening it was fully working again.

The hotel was conveniently located close to major tourist attractions and numerous bars and restaurants. The hotel staff were very friendly. The facilities were excellent, particularly the rooftop pool (a bonus in the intense heat) and bar area which was spotless. The drinks were very reasonably priced, but it was also permissible to take your own shop bought food and drinks to the pool area. Our room was a little on the small side, particularly the bathroom, but it was spotlessly clean with effective air conditioning, a necessity with temperatures in excess of 40 degrees Celsius. The lifts were very efficient-there was very little wait time.

The air conditioning was a little noisy at night.

The location. It was pitched as being acquaint authentic hotel but it really was not worth the money. The location was wonderful but the room was very small and had a little to offer

The size of the bathroom and the bedroom and the fact that it opened directly into the reception area with no other source of light or fresh air
