L’hotel est très bien situé , l’espace piscine est un plus! La chambre est vraiment très bien, la literie était top!

Расположение: Находится в 5 минутах от метро и пересечения улиц со множеством ТЦ. Номер: Заселили пораньше, дали номер на 43м этаже с окнами над центральным входом(вид на юг). Отличный вариант, шума нет, вид отличный, окна чистые почти в пол. В номере чисто, кондиционер работает исправно, температуры держит указанную. Очень удобно наличие в номере мини-кухни - покупали фрукты, делали на блендере коктейли, для хранения фруктов есть полноценный холодильник, и также очень удобно наличие стиральной/сушильной(!) машины. Большая удобная ванная комната. Большой ТВ. Утюг в номер попросили с функцией пара, т.к. имеющийся совершенно не годится(прям не прилично дешёвый). Удобный матрац, очень хороший для сна. Уборка номеров отличная. Шума от соседей не слышно, слышно только если что-то происходит в коридоре. Лифты очень быстрые и комфортные. Услуги: Заказывали в номер по меню поздний ужин из отельного ресторана пару раз, вкусно, цены приемлемые. Бассейном и прочими услугами не пользовались. Весь день в лобби доступно бесплатно кофе из аппарата. Отель однозначно отличный, рекомендую!

Great facilities, the staff was helpful and polite. The breakfast was good and service at the restaurant was also good.

It’s a bit of a walk but not a problem to access the BTS and malls. Gotta wear good walking shoes.

Брали представительский люкс на 42 этаже. Вид на город потрясающий. Размер номера внушительный. 70 квадратных метров. В спальне и в гостиной большие современные телевизоры с Youtube. В номере стиральная машина. Все очень понравилось.

Завтраки не вкусные. Заказали пасту в номер, принесли что-то не похожее на пасту. В общем все отлично кроме еды. Не кушайте в отеле. Вокруг куча классных кофеен, баров и ресторанов.

En general un hotel de buen nivel, quizàs lo unico criticable que en algunos momentos el lugar destinado para el desayuno se colmaba de huespedes y habìa que esperar turno, a favor un desayuno muy completo con la opciòn asiatica o europea, que lo hace muy destacable a nuestro juicio.-

The room was over 400 square feet including a kitchen, and large bathroom with bath and shower. In the kitchen area there was a washer and dryer which was a definite plus after traveling for 7 days. It was conveniently near the MRT and the largest shopping mall in Bangkok. The hotel has a spa which we took advantage and as a guest we got 10% off. We decided not to do the breakfast since we wanted to explore the culinary world of Bangkok.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had my wife’s 40th birthday. Food was good, great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Will definitely comeback, kudos to the staff! Thank you for the honeymoon set up and for the complimentary brownie 🙏

Rooms are fantastic and great value for money. Hotel also recognises repeat guests and offers upgrades to suites when they know you are a loyal guest. Excellent location too.

The breakfast area could be larger and with a better selection of food.

Excellent customer service, highly accommodating, and beautiful room. We were travelling with our 6-month-old baby, and they did everything they could to ensure our stay was comfortable. They set the baby cot up in our room before we arrived and helped us with local taxi's and Tuk-Tuk's.

Excellent location, very close to all major malls, room is spacious, loved the bathroom and the electronic toilet seat with warming and bidet features

Service was slow a lot of the times, one time we asked for them to bring our food delivery to the room. They said the food isn’t here. Had to go down to the lobby check if it was there and it was. Was frustrated by it. The breakfast choice was very limited as a lot of the items were non halal

When we checked in we were pleasantly surprised by being upgrated to a suite. Wonderful! We had good views, quiet room and really enjoyed our stay. The swimming pool is much bigger than most hotels in Bangkok and is very nice. Room is clean and big. The washmachine was especially helpful after our 2 weeks trip in tropical countries. Hotel staff are very polite. It is located in the center of Bangkok so very easy to reach everywhere. 7-11 is just few minutes walk. There is nothing I can say bad about it and if there is, then is that our holiday is over and we have to leave. But I'm sure I will come back to this hotel next time.
