Maiden Oval

The staff was really friendly, polite and helpful. The location was perfect for the event we were attending. Right on the main road and 3 minute walk from the Oval Underground station. Easy to get to Piccadilly or Leicester Square if that's what you're looking for. The room was simple but clean, had everything we needed, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was really nice. The room didn't have aircon but we had a fan instead and that bad boy was powerful. We didn't miss the aircon at all. We were well served with the fan.

Unfortunately, the lift wasn't working. However, the property only goes up to the third floor (our floor) so this wasn't an issue. The other thing is that the third floor was boiling and there's no aircon but thankfully we had an incredibly powerful fan that was more than enough for us. It has three settings and we only needed the first one.

Room was very clean.

V comfy bed and room v clean

No seat at desk - so I had to do my meeting sitting on the bed. No ironing board - the table top one I was given was broken. Checking in using ID is too complex and not necessary

Great location, clean and comfortable. Access to teas. Late check-in

They did not supply any towels. Mould issues.
