Easy to get to, loads of parking, very helpful staff, good food. Great location for touring the local area

We had the most amazing stay, room was spotless, it had everything u need.
Double bed was comfortable, sofa bed wasn't.
Staff we're so friendly and made us feel really welcome.
We added breakfast on after we had arrived.
Dining room spotless, food was fantastic, everything was red hot, it was well and truly worth the money.
We will most definitely be returning, thank u all so much xx

Parking was great.
Staff were good.
Beds were comfortable.
Breakfast was really good and the staff were very good and friendly.
Good to have a fridge.
Receptionist in the morning took our complaints below seriously and we were offered a partial refund.
Bathroom floor looked grubby, shower was awful, water came out in gushes rather than spray.
The drain didn’t work properly despite following instructions.
Impossible to sit on the foldable shower seat as it wasn’t aligned to the shower head, too high to reach when sitting.
Shower head needed cleaning and descaling, seat was rusty at the hinges
Sink tap was incredibly loose and there was no plug.
TV wouldn’t change channels, suspect new batteries were needed.
Luggage trollies were not where we were told.
